What weeks are your services offered?

Beach Set Up Guy will offer services from June - August

Who provides the beach equipment?

The customer provides the beach gear and chooses which items they want brought to the beach. At the end of the day, we return your beach gear to your house.

Do you set up umbrellas and/or tents?

I transport both umbrellas and tents to the beach. I secure the umbrellas into the ground, but do not open them due to potential wind conditions and safety issues. I leave tents closed and next to your set up.

Can I request a specific set up or break down time within your given windows?

Each week is different depending on where customers are located on 7 mile island. I can work to accommodate your request of earlier versus later but cannot set up or break down at specific times.

How do you handle inclement weather?

If there is rain, high winds, or other inclement weather conditions, I will communicate with each customer personally and handle it on a case by case basis.

Unexpected inclement weather during the day can warrant an emergency breakdown.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellation and full refund allowed seven days prior to initial day of beach set up service.

This provision applies in all cases including inclement weather.
